While most companies start brick and mortar before they transition to e-commerce, we decided to break the mold and redefine the purpose of a retail location.
Using a pop up location to create scarcity and urgency, the store was used as a brand awareness tool to create hype, and to create a high quality retail identity by having the store located in the same vicinity of stores like Nordstrom and Hugo Boss.
I implemented the operations, logistics, staffing, inventory and design of the store. This included sourcing and installing all fixtures and decor, POS system integration, merchandising, and day to day operations.
This location generated over $250,000 of revenue within the first 6 months.
